Default Overclock Cooling Question

I am getting an AMD Athlon XP 2500+ Barton and am planning to oc it to 2800+

If I have a ASUS A7N8X-X mobo with a certified AMD CPU Fan and Heatsink....a 450 Watt case w/3 fans, and a GeForce 5900 XT 128Mb do you think my processor will overheat? I heard AMD fans are bad but the site that is custom building it doesn't have any others

Mine runs at 51oC max load stock settings.
If you don't want to be too ambitious I'm sure stock hs/f will be fine I have heard of people getting up to 2.3GHz on stock cooling.
Be aware that the multipliers are locked on the new processors though so you'll need good ram (PC3200) to overclock the FSB instead.

my xp2500 is OC at 400Mhz FSB and 10.5 mutliplier equivalent of xp3000+ and running 2.1Ghz. at this setting i get around 50-55C. you should easily be getting equivalent of xp3200 at 2.2Ghz

you can read 530+ reviews about the xp2500 with retail heatsink fan and the OC they are using:
