Default Overclock an AMD X2 3800+

I am new to overclocking and am attempting to overclock an AMD X2 3800+. I don’t want to do a max overclock, just enough to give me a nice little boost. I already messed with some settings but if someone could please give me a step by step guide on what to change in my bios I would appreciate it.

My specs…
Processor: AMD Athlon 64 X2 3800+ 2000MHz HT 2.0Socket 939 Dual Core
Case: Antec LifeStyle SONATA II Piano Black Computer Case w/ 450WPSU
Motherboard:ASUS A8N5X ATX AMD Motherboard
RAM: Patriot 2GB (2 x 1GB) 184-Pin DDR SDRAM Dual Channel Kit
Videocard: XFX PV-T71G-UDE7 GeForce 7900 GT EXTREME (520MHz) 256MB

Thanks for your help.

um, you can overclock your 3800 without raising your voltage to 2.4 ghz, and 2.4 ghz is very safe since you didnt raise ur vcore, just make your sdram mhz as low as u can
