You can't overclock your intel board the way you would with an ASUS with frequency and multiplier. However, in your BIOS, under chipset, you may overclock it slightly with the burn-in mode.
select burn-in mode, centre (by default down, which is a slight underclock of your CPU) then select continue and you'll be able to select +4% which is a slight overclock. You can also manually set your RAM CAS from that tab.
