Question Opinions on my 1st time Overclock

This is how I've done since joining these forums.

CPU: 3.0Ghz @ 1.272 Vcore; 23C (Idle), 44C (Load) measured from Coretemp
Memory: 750mhz @ 2.1 Vdimm; 4-4-4-9

All fans in my P182 are at low, and my Tuniq is running at it's lowest setting (1000rpm)

I can get 4-3-3-9 for my memory timings; but I get a lower Bandwith, and worth latency for some reason......... If anyone can explain this, please do, as I am completely confused. I always thought the performance of your ram has to do with your bandwith and latency.

Some feedback would be great!!!

Thx in advance.
