Well, not sure about the 5400 speed memory but I can say that OCZ has made a name for itself.

Some people here have a beef with Corsair (I'm not sure why) but most will say go with OCZ.

The 4300 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16820227044 has better timings than the 5400. I would say go with that because of the fact that it's cheaper, and 4300 is already advanced enough.

Because people say that OCZ or Patriot overclocks much more, say 265 MHz as compared to Corsair at 230 MHz. I think what they fail to take into account is that a 512 MB stick of Corsair is 61 bucks, whereas Patriot XBL for example is 113 bucks for a 512 MB stick. I would hope that the Patriot would overclock more for that kind of money! I've had Corsair XMS for about a year now and have no problems with it, and highly recommend it. People on TF have their predjudices and fanboyisms, no matter how much they deny it.
