Ok assembly help on heatsink

ok i got my Zalman Cooler to put inside a build for AP COmputer Science is, thign is i have no idea how to put it on the cpu!! its a zalman cnps-9500 like the one i use at home, anyways this is a major test grade, so i really need help!!! do i ned anything else besides the arctic silver 5 thermal paste?

It will come with instructions, it's pretty easy.
