You might if the 4890's scale better than the GTX 280's. I scored a 22633 with one card and the same settings as my last score listed above

I'm sure I can score better with the single card, I'm hoping for 23K. When I try anything over like 1.35 for vGPU my mosfet sinks can't handle it. I'm probably going to pick up one of these once my wallet recovers from my i7.

I'm not overvolting my gpu's. Is your 4890 water-cooled? I saw a pic but can't remember, getting old

Lol. Yeah, water cooled. GPU only block though, kind of wish I had gone full cover...

. Man if I had another 4890 I could probably reach 30k.

You would need better cooling, not just another 4890. i7 920 4.2GHz + 2x 5870 barely reaches 30k.

30k has been done with 2 4890's and an i7.

Yeah. But like what I said, you would need to overclock your CPU a lot more and you probably will need better cooling because the lowest 30k i seen was with a 4.5GHz i7 920 + 2x 4890 (950/1075) which got a score of 30018.

Considering that Burninator already has hit 4.2ghz on his i7 920, all he'd really need is the right temperatures outside and another HD 4890 (and some OC'ing skill, which I'm sure he probably has a lot of).

Ya. What vern said, lol. I haven't really pushed the CPU at all really. I just got to 4.2 and stopped, lol. I'm hoping for 4.5ghz+ bench-able, but that may not happen.
