Default OCZ EL Platinum PC3200 limit?

I have started playing with the tweaks of my system again just to try ans squeeze a bit more out.

My question is on my RAM. I have 2 gigs of it in (2x1GB) and everytime I get it anywhere over 435mhz it just wont start up.

I move my FSB from 200 to 240 and run my RAM at 9/10.
So if I am right.. and this could be my problem of course here is my calculations

FSB 200 + 20%= 240mhz
Therefore RAM at 400mhz + 20%= 480mhz but at 9/10 setting (90%) this would make it running at 432mhz

I tried upping voltage every step from the 2.6v up to 3.2

A computer :)
