OCing tricks

I've heard of many tricks, like leaving your comp on for days to make the silicon expand, and once you've oced, you're supposed to run prime05. Are there any more tricks+tips like these out there?

stop ocing when your temps are to high?

Well, those really arent anything specail. Theirs really no tricks, you just oc. Just make sure you got a good cooling sysem.
