OCing with my mobo

i decided to start an OC'ing a tad, and i was wondering if an ABIT KN8 NF4 ( http://www.abit-usa.com/products/mb/techspec.php?categories=1&model=284 ) would be decent for ocing a 3000+ venice to about 3200+ - 3500+, i know i need better ram than valueram, im thinking around summertime ill work full time and buy 1gig of OCZ ( http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16820146890 )
and some other HSF i dont know the stepping of my cpu but cpu-z says its 2..thanks guys

The 3000+, 3200+, and 3500+ are all the same except for different frequencies. You should be able to get that 3000+ to 2.2GHz, which is what the 3500+ runs at.
