Default OCing on a mATX mobo?

Will I be able to OC a x2 3800+ at all on this mobo?
I will be using stock cooling too...

that board sounds kind of iffy by a few of the reviews. plus it's extremly limited in OCing.

this board might be a little better if u can afford the extra 10 bucks http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813128009
