Default OCing

If you OC one thing, do you have to OC everything else? In my other words....If I OC my graphics card, do I need to OC my PSU and my Memory?

Simple answer, no. More complicated answer:it helps. If you overclock one part, the normal clocked parts -can- but dont always become a bottleneck. BTW you can only overclock CPU/Mem/GPU not the PSU :P
