Ok so I got my new rig together and it is sweet

Asus P5W DH Deluxe

Intel C2D E6600

G.Skill MEM 1Gx2|G.SKILL F2-6400PHU2-2GBHZ

Hiper 580watt PSU

Segate barracuda 280GB SATA II

BFG Geforce 7300 PCI-E GPU

Alright so here is my problem, I can't get over 3.42Ghz I have tried and I dont know what to do here is what my settings are.
Cpu Frequency 390MHz
DRAM Frequency DDR-780MHz
PCI-E Frequency 100MHz
PCI Clock sync 33.33MHz
MEM V. 2.1v
CPU VCore 1.4750v
FSB Termination V 1.40v
MCH Chipset V 1.65v
ICH Chipset V 1.20v
RAM Timmings 4-4-4-12
ECC Disabled
Hyper Path 3 disabled


So Please Please help me out!!!!!

Up the voltage of the CPU. Make sure its cool enough.

I've tried to up the Vcore and it won't make any difference but I may have not upped it enough I'll try once I get home.

1.6v would be the max I would consider moving it up.
