First off....it's a 266FSB CPU....so it's not like he's going to be in danger of overclocking RAM in the first place if he got something like PC3200 which would have to severely UNDERCLOCK down to PC2100 speeds just to get 1:1 for his CPU.
Well, I wasn't sure what the FSB was on those chips, but this was said on the first page:
Now, one thing I don't know is what RAM speed you have and what the FSB is on the old XP chip, but you might have overhead with your RAM so you could OC at 1:1 without OC'ing your RAM as well.

For example, if your FSB is 133 (533 total bus) and you have PC3200 RAM (200Mhz speed), you have a lot of overhead to OC with.
If he knew his FSB it would of been answered several posts ago...
