Default oc question

alright im completely new to oc so excuse my ignorance but attached is my system specs, ive been in my bios and not seen anyplace to adjust voltages etc so if u could just take a looksy and tell me if i can even oc my system and how i would go about doin so and any links to some great oc readin would b great.

well mate . theres either a tab at the top or the sides or just page links. all the pages taht are there are linked. one page should have multiplier and external fsb recordings on it. up those 1 notch at a time. the voltage pae should be right under that page

im not sure.. but i know like there are a few tabs on top. Go to one of them and like u will see like ur CPU speed. Put it on manual and then below it, u will see like V core and stuff. Thats ur voltage. Also, u have to put it on manual or else it wont let u select ur voltage.
