You most definitely need to reapply the thermal paste.

Well, even if it is cooler on idle, you will be better off.

I forgot I had Auto OC turned on so thats why temps were still higher than normal

What would be an ideal Case that is not too expensive? I found out my "new" 120mm fan I put on the back just died it went from 33750RPM!! to 317RPM so I figured I might as well buy a new case when I buy a new fan.

I can suggest the CM HAF 922, the very case my i5 760 is. But any HAF model should suffice. You won't need to buy a fan for this case. What do you have currently? send us a picture of it.

In that picture, It looks like the side bottom fan is blowing out. May be wrong, though. That should be blowing in. If that has a front fan, it isn't doing much. Also, back and to fans should blow out.

But, that is not very good inflow. How much are you willing to spend on a new case?
