Hey i know how to do this but when i open up the nvidia display properties and click optimize my settings in the clock frequency settings it seems to work but as soon as i close and reopen the settings window it goes back to default...some people over on laptopvideo2go mentioned something about FLASHING my BIOS because DELL tends to lock up the stuff so you cant mess with things..I have a Dell Insprion 9300 and i also have a fan management program i found on the web as well as RivaTune so i know what im doing EXCEPT for this FLASHING stuff...they are blocking me from customizing
