Ok um i just installed coolbits and in the thing it says detect optimal performance and i did that so it said core clock frequency 535mhz and memory clock frequency 1.22ghz. It started out at 350/1.00 so... i kinda wana know if thats to much it seems liek a big jump. If anyone knows if thats safe plz i kinda wana know before i overclock this thing.

You could try that speed - dunno if it'll work. Maybe try half of that jump, run some tests, and go up or down from there depending on whether or not you get artifacts. In general I wouldn't trust what the software tells you.
