Depend on what kind of card you have. Always make sure you have sufficient cooling as well.

something 003 recently found out is that the latest beta version of ati tool works on nvidia cards. ive tested it out and it's pretty nice, useful for finding the ceiling of you card. so you could test that either way if you have nvidia or ati

Make sure you get the latest beta version, because the official 0.24 version dosn't work properly on nvidia cards.
