Default OC 7800 gt

I have had my gpu OC'd for awhile now. I recently did a clean install of xp and went to set everything back to the settings I had. Now, for some reason, the gpu OC doesn't hold. It will accept the settings in Ntune, but when I quit the program and check the clock settings with everest or nvmonitor it says clock settings are back to stock. Any idea on how to fix this, or a suggestion of a better program to use?

yeah ntune is a pain you have to set profiles save this save that blah blah blah.
i second rivatuner.
i (personal opinion) friggin HATE ATiTool...i find it's interface to be extremely unfriendly, and i hate that hairy little cube lmao. plus it overclocks my cards all jacked up and causes me grief.
rivatuner is like....-click-click-test-click-done.

Yeah thanks I downloaded rivatuner and it's working fine now. I liked it when Nvidia had the old control panel, I never had a problem with the unlocked OC stuff on that. Ntune sucks.
