what is a good site to tell you to tell you what are good things to watch out for when oc and etc.. I'm gonna give it a try but i wanna know what might be a danger and etc.. also i wanna educate myself.

yea i read the tech-forums one now i wanna see if it goes more in-depth though

Also is there any good programs to tell you what speed you are at exactly beside the system thing on the OS

www.cpuid.com

Either PC-Wizard or CPU-Z will tell you.
PC Wizard is more in depth and gives a huge amount of info about your computer.
