Why does it say 256 Video Memory, doesn't the GTX only come in 768mb?

it ran really smooth on my gtx. man i love technology, cant wait till we look back and think crysis was **** graphics, coz then games will be real life you'll think ur play a dvd not ur not lol

probably the requirements are 8800 ultra because it has higher clock rate and

I think they say you need 8800 ultra because it has higher clock rate and probably designed to work best at 8800 ultra rates. On GTX it might be slow but all 8xxx series are probably same except memory size and clock speed.

yep. They recommend it because of its speed, not just compatibility.

running fine here. Old school TNT2, 512 PC133 RAM.
Medium settings, 10 bit colour, low lighting, medium partacle shading
