No, it hits the computer if you have an AGP 6600GT. Only works with PCI-E

The nv generally does not do any better than stock cooling. All it's really for is making the video card near-silent. Lots of people make this mistake and then think it sucks because it's no cooler than stock cooling. If you want a cooler that is actually designed to cool the card even more, get one of these:
