Nt Authority Shutdown

Hey yall, i keep getting this weird NT authority system popup, and it restarts my computer. At first I thought it had something to do with Norton antivirus, but I reformatted and its still happening. The message appears almost anytime my computer is running, help please

YIP ITS THE BLASTER VIRUS I HAD IT AND I HATE IT. GET MS PATCH, FIREWALL AND SCAN SYSTEM WITH THE SYMANTEC BLASTER VORM CHECKER.
