Default Ninja-like 80mm fan needed

i'm looking for the quitest 80mm fan on the market. i want to replace the one on my coolermaster mini80 wc system. it vibrates alot even after putting fan silencers on the case/radiator and radiator/fan interface.
i've looked around on newegg, anyone got the hookup on the silent fans?

i have that unit on my 3400+ old faithfull, doesn,t it have contol knob on yours?
i was actually checking out the fan rpm before and noticed that if you turn it down just to the point where it gets quieter the fan is actually spinning faster. i don't know if that was just an err on the part of the software, but the temps didn't raise any.
i'm sure if you wired any high quality fan to that control knob you could get it as quiet as you like.

If you still have vibration after the fan dampeners. You probably didn't tighten the screws enough.
