I'm sure that's old, but it would be useful for those un-unsed PCI expansion slots.

'tis new to me, but that would be perfect for those over-sized cases that don't use half of the PCI slots...somewhat. It's too bad the cases are usually set align with the bottom of the case - and then with graphics cards these days on a ATX board - there's just no room. At least the 500GB drives are getting pretty cheap though...
