Default NF7-S v2 BIOS Setting

I was wondering about a couple settings within the BIOS. Under advanced chipset, do features like AGP and FSB Spectrum need to be at their defaults or turned off? I'm mainly trying to gain stability in the system and want to know what might improve that. Also the same question applies to the 'CPU Thermal Throttling'. Under the soft menu is it generally better to keep the 'CPU Interface' disabled or enabled? Thanks everyone
