hi all my sig tells the video card i have but how do I keep it from over heating?
1- can i replace the fan on the video card?
or
2- just add another fan to the case?

or
any other ideas

It would depend on how the temperatures are, on your video card. Any of those options, would be good to keep it from overheating. Adding another case fan, would be the cheaper option. If that doesn't lower the temperatures enough, then get an aftermarket fan for the graphics card.
 
I second that advice. Your specs don't list your case... some have better airflow than others. Good airflow allows cooler exterior air to get to your card before it is heated by the other components in your case. Try to maintain an even ballance of intake/exhaust fans, intake in front, exhaust higher in back, for best effect.
