Well I would get an x800 xl instead of a 6600 gt. The x800 xl is a lot more powerful and it currently has the best price/performance ratio on the market. Only costs about $280.

No no no, tha x800 xl is a video card not a motherboard silly.

Also for the audigy you don't really need the retail packaging or the gamer version (unless you really want all those games)

no i havent decided on a case.
but i do know i want it to be black, preferably with red lights.

that would just be too kool for school.

i have a NEC dvd burner on this rig that i will put on that so im ok there.
but i need 2 more.
