New RAM

even though the vcore is set to 1.325 you are only getting 1.288 at the CPU so keep nudging it up til it boots.

With the cooler you have you don't even really need to keep a close eye on the temps until you start approaching the 1.425-1.475 vcore range

Also are those pics before or after I told you to set the PCI-E frequency to 101, 105, 110...because leaving it on auto will most likely give an unstable clock.

after I'll turn it to 101. I' nudge the VCore.
How does the PCI effect the FSB:RAM link to boot ? ( I just want to know for knowledge.)?

I dont think it effects the fsb/ram link. I'm not entirely sure why but I think unless you set it to a specific speed it will scale with the FSB and can make the system unstable for some reason.

Well it won't boot at 1.365 @ 401 fsb. How much volts do i need , cause seems a little high . Although in the hardware monitor the voltage doesnt get near the 1.320 stock.... It's lower.
