Ok. I've put together a few different packages for this PC all well with-in his budget. I haven't presented him with it yet. I thought may-be it would be fun to ask all of you fine forumers to offer your suggestions for this build. Give me a full list of parts that you would suggest. If you want to . It could be fun.

that amount's fine. I'd take off the future proof, cauze well...nothing's truly future proof. I laugh at the phrase....anyways....

Mobo (i dunno) - $150
1 gig RAM - $200
200 gig HD - $80
Some random case/PSU Combo - $79
Nvida 6200 GT - $250.
DVD dual layer burner - $125

You're probably under budget too....even though i estimated on the high side. Anyone wanna help out w/ exact specs for the stuff I said vaguely?
