Overclocking in BIOS

Guys, this guy already has a PC, so stop recomending him to get alot of new parts.

I would just get some artic silver 5, which is down to 5$ a tube, it will help with heat

My computer guy (larson computing) quoted me at 64.15 for a THIS CPU cooler and a big tube of artic silver five (the 20 dollar one )

Next week I am going to have approx. $250 to spend on upgrades. Any suggestions on what I might buy? The following week or so I should have another $150. I'm getting this money from selling my R/C Cars/Accessories because my job will require me to work during race day this summer.
