Default New to overclocking

I was wondering if I could overclock anything in my Dell E510. I dont know anything about overclocking I just know it boosts performance. If someone could give me a run down on this and tell me if it would even be worth that would be appreciated. Also, I would like to know if this is safe.
Thanks,
Sean

It can't. The company locks the BIOS so that you can't change your settings unless you get a new motherboard.
