Default New to OCing. Should I with my set up?

Here is my current set up:

CPU: AMD 2x 2.8Ghz 5600+
Memory: 2x 1G Corsair XMS twins
Video: NVIDIA GeForce 7950GT OC edition
H/D: 2x Western Digital 250G
PSU: 650W Antec Tri

*I plan on getting a ZALMAN 9500 AM2 2 Ball HSF for this*

So with this set up would I be able to handle OCing it?

Would it be worth it to OC it?

Any thoughts?

I don't see any reason why you can't oc it. Don't expect huge gains
