Default New CPU or new Graphics card?

I currently have a pc with the following specs

AMD athlon XP 2400+ (1994MHz)
Nvidia Geforce FX 5200 (128MB)
Windows XP
and plenty of Gigs on the hard drive spare at the moment(120 ish)

I was wondering if i would get more for my money out of a processor upgrade or a Graphics card upgrade.

Any help appreciated

A processor upgrade, get something like a 3000+ or a 3200+ and OC it, but since AMD has slashed their prices by as much as half it wouldn't hurt to get one of their dual cores, if you have the money get an intel e6300 and oc that.

Yes and more ram, 1 GB minimum of ram [get 2x 512 MB pref same brand so they can run dual channel]

And what games will you be playing? the video card can probably last but if you have money, upgrade it.
