I think it would be kinda hard to fry the processor as it should shutdown automatically at some point. Sounds like it's just your peripherals, so maybe a couple ports got damaged? Try pluggin the keyboard in another computer and another keyboard in the computer that isn't working.

Reset your BIOS, it probably became unstable. Did you run Orthos?

I just overlcocked my 6420, to 2.2GHz lo. I just started today. BTW how did you increase the multiplier? Mine is at 8

I think you just increase your FSB. Right now it should be 8x277=2.216GHz. Oh and how do you get your SpeedFan to show all those options? I can't get mines to be like that.
