Question New Build ?...

Hello all. I'm new here and I am looking for some opinions. In the next two days I plan on buying an ASUS A8N SLI Premium, AMD 64 3200+, Rosewill 500 watt PSU. I am looking to stay at around 500$ so I was thinking of going with the GeForce 6200. The machine will mostly be used for downloading movies/ burning dvd's and allot of photoshop work (photoshop 7). Is this video card up to the task? This is my first build so I am doing some research. Any suggestions or comments on the set up would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
