Need Step by Step Help Overclocking a P-DS3 and a E6600!

Comptuer Crashed at 3.4 while running Orthos and completly screwed my computer...had to pull out the battery and reset CMOS...>< well its perfectly stable at 3.2 at least...

Anyone think of anyway to get it stable to 3.4?
