Default need some advice on water cooling for newbie

am looking into water cooling b\c i dont wanna run my ac 24/7 b\c the eletric bills are so damn high in long island. any good kits out there that can do a good job cooling, wont leak, have a condensation prob, and is easy to install. am upgrading my psu to a antec true power 430, think that should cover:
5950 ultra
160gig
2 roms
full water cooling kit
2 512 ddr 3000
amd xp 2800+
and a few lighted fans

hey man where do u live on long island? i live in nassau county rockville Centre. But i have the aquarius III. I like it. It does a good job and its very very easy to install.

well i got mine off of ebay. But its like 220 dollars. Bacisally just find the cheapest place near NY (save on shipping) and the cheapest.
