I run Doom 3 quite well. I got my 9800Pro second hand from a friend so I got a really good deal on it. I would look into getting a 6600GT for yourself.

IS this the right card? Is the 6600 GT good and will it last me a pretty good while

6600GT is faster than the 9800pro and can oc a bit
mine is performing well and im happy as with it

be carful with upgrading a dell as i've heard many stories of dells melting new mobos if u want a new mobo get a new psu just to be safe as heaps of people have reported it happening
