the reason im asking is when i go into bios everything i've read in here looks different on my system.

Can someone please give me a guide that could help me overclock for my specific computer thanks so very much.

2.00 gigahertz AMD Athlon 64

hmm.. when u go to power is there a thing sayin Jumper Free Config and then one sayin Cpu config ??? for me I go to jumper free n up the multiplier there.. Im thinkin it mitebe the same coz we have asus boards... not sure... But if u can get a program to oc then thats prolly beta... coz with programs if u Over Overclock then it will reboot u and ur settings will be back 2 normal whereas with bios if u go too high then u either gota do cmos or restore windows files... my board came with some program preinstalled which lets u oc cpu,voltages,ram everything... its called Ai Booster

Thanks for your help i figured out where i had to go.Im still having trouble understanding the overclocking for the memory, how to i adjust those # 2.5-3-3-6 ?
