i ordered this fan controller and im having trouble installing it

the problem is, the tsunami case has no screw holes in the drive bays becasue it uses rail thingies instead. the fan controller isnt long enough and doesnt have the right holes for me to fit the rails in. is there any way i can drill holes into the caes or is there any other way i can attach it?

there are these little metal loop things that stick out in the drive bay and thats where the fan controller hits so its a little hard to put a screw hole there. its also hard to use some sort of sticky adhesive because the controller doesnt touch much of the case.
any help would be appreciated, thnx.
