Typically you'll want one of those ATX ready or p4 ready psu's.. at least I think that's right. Make sure there's enough juice in it to power your rig though.
Yeah In your case you probley need a atx psu. You cannot use and old at (yes its not a typo) psu because they have different mobo connectors and other things.
