Need help oc'ing ABIT UL8

I was wondering if there is a way to set a memory divider for the UL8 motherboard. I think this is holding me back when trying to oc my dad's computer. He currently has the Venice 3000 chip, and I know I should be able to oc this some. The memory he is using is Corsair Value selct ram. I use the same ram in my rig and I know it doesnt' oc well.
