Need Help on New Comp. Build!!!

I'm having some trouble with the 24 pin motherboard and 20 pin power supply. I was going to convert the Raidmax 420w power supply over to 24 pin. But in the ASUS manual it says that the power supply must be at least 300w and 15 amps. The Raidmax is only 13 amps yet its 120w higher.
So I've decided to go with an Antec 350w and convert it.

The main thing that I want to know is if the extra 70w of the Raidmax would be better (not enouph amps) or does that matter at that wattage? Would the Antec be better?

Here is my configuration:

ASUS P5GD1
Intel 530J
WD 160GB HD
Nvidia 6600GT
1GB Corsair DDR PC3200
TV capture card
Nec DVD+RW
3 Case fans

Antec beats the isht out of a cheap raidmax. I had a raidmax.

Is it worth the extra money? Is there any way of using the Raidmax without a problem?
