Default Need help with my new mod! Wiring question

I just have a quick question. I'm working on a custom mod, and at the moment I'm just sort of planning everything out. I'd like to get one of those USB powered monitors and mount it inside my case. So, my question is, is it possible to wire a USB device directly to the motherboard, bypassing having to plug it into the USB port externally.

Any help is greatly appreciated,
Thanks!
