need help on my e8400 and board

as my sig shows..my e8400 at 3.6ghz..stable orthos for more than 10 hours..the feel is like theres a lag..but i still think its not stable..is it my board that is unstable or isit just me??..becoz i nv touch anything on the fsb voltage and chipset voltage..do you guys think that i should increase em a lil bit??and by how much??

if its never bluescreened ur good. u also might try playing games for along time, if u play games that is, its best to stress test by doing what u do most on ur computer, so if u game alot, play games for 6 hr strait, if u dont have the time to do that, which most dont, just join some multi player game and spectate, when u come back and ur just at the windows desktop instead of ur game u know ur unstable.

okay i will try that..i've got one more problem..when i start my pc like from a cold start..the moment i press the power button, it will switch it off a quarter second. then it will auto power itself back in like 2 secs..do u know wad is the problem??
