Need help with lag

I play couple games on vista ult, and some on xp pro sp2...(dual boot)

When i play on xp i get a sound problem on xp, like the voice repeats on some games.
On vista its fine.

But i recieve lag....i get around 30+ FPS on games.
Im currently playin GRAW 2

I even tried lowering the settings to low and the same probs occur.
I was if it could be my processor,gfx card, or mobo?

I have Vista and the 7900GS, and I don't have any lag problems at all.

Just get the newest driver off the nividia site. It should work fine.

get another GB of RAM, that should solve your problem

i have 2 gb already?
isnt that enough.
I herd i could also use a flash drive for ram..how to do that?
And metalowns...what games do you play and what settings do you have your games on?
And have you oc your gfx card
