Based on the replies I've received, I changed the build around a bit.

Motherboard - DFI nF4-DAGF Socket 939 NVIDIA nForce4 ATX AMD Motherboard

Processor - AMD Athlon 64 3000+ Venice 1GHz FSB 512KB L2 Cache Socket 939 Processor

Power Supply - Rosewill Value RV500S ATX 500W Power Supply 100-120 VRMS or 200-240 VRMS switch-selectable CSA, CB, TUV, FCC, UL

Hard Drive - Seagate Barracuda 7200.7 SATA NCQ ST3160827AS 160GB 7200 RPM 8M Cache Serial ATA150 Hard Drive

Case - Thermaltake Tsunami VA3000BNA Black Aluminum ATX Mid Tower Computer Case

Also, could someone suggest some RAM that is great and suitable for over clocking? Thanks again. You've all been great help.

I just got the Rosewill RP550, the highest end model they offer, and it runs great. 34A on 12V
The OCZ Platinum Revs 2 are great overclocking ram. If not, the Gold Series would be just fine.
That motherboard doesn't look that great. The DFI Lan Party UT nF4-D can be purchased for $112 on Monarch Computer.
Don't buy the retail Audigy ZS. Get the OEM and save urself about $20.
Don't forget Arctic Silver 5 and maybe a cooler for your video card.
