Need help building a PC

So far this is what my PC looks like...

I am contemplating on whether to get an Audigy 2 Value Sound Card or use my onboard sound. I'll be mostly listening to music, and playing DVD's and games. Is it worth ir for me to buy the sound card?
If I decide not to get the sound card I might get the Western Digital Raptor 36.7GB instead of the 80 gig Hitachi. If I were to pick between the sound card or HD, what should I choose? Is the difference in the hard drives worth an extra $50. Also, is there anything you see that I should change.

on second thought, looks good. you might want to get into some better ram, like corsair or ocz. cut costs on uneccessary space. you can always upgrade your sound. Give the onboard a try, since it tends to be a bit quicker for your system, if you are not an audiophile.
